1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dreamwell Technologies Private Limited ("Dreamwell", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dreamwell provides AI automation services for businesses in India, including but not limited to: WhatsApp AI Business Bots, GST/Invoice Automation, Inventory Management, AI Sales & Lead Qualification, Customer Support AI, Business Process Automation, Custom AI Agent Development, Website & AI Chat Integration, Data Analytics & BI, and Industry-Specific Automation Solutions. Services are offered as monthly subscriptions or one-time projects as described on our website.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected at the time of checkout via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the same date each month as the original purchase date. Setup fees are charged once at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email or WhatsApp before any price change takes effect.

4. Refund Policy

Setup Fees: Refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable for the current billing period. Once cancellation notice is received, no further charges will apply after the 30-day notice period.

One-Time Purchases: Full refund within 30 days if the product has not yet been delivered. Once delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 90805 83767) or email ([email protected]). We require 30 days' written notice. 6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and checkout.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our software.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Dreamwell are the intellectual property of Dreamwell Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dreamwell provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
